The Role of a Site Supervisor

You are the on-the-ground leader responsible for creating a safe, organized, and positive environment at your assigned school site.

Operational Lead

Manage daily logistics, including student check-in/out, attendance, and scheduling.

Staff Support

Provide support to tutors and coaches, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

Community Liaison

Serve as the main point of contact for parents, school staff, and program leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day program operations at a specific school site.
Ensure a safe and productive environment for students and staff.
Manage student data, including attendance and progress reports.
Distribute and manage program materials and equipment.
Report to program leadership on site activities and needs.
