📋 Tax Paperwork Reminder for Site Supervisors & Interns
1099 and W2 tax paperwork is mailed to your address on file in your QuickBooks Workforce account. If you turned off the paper mailing option and enrolled in digital, you can check your email or log directly in your contractor or employee profile using the QuickBooks Workforce app (phone or tablet) or website (desktop, laptop or tablet).

Please review your rosters for new students and ensure all students are added to the attendance tab. The internal NHC team will add February dates on or before Tuesday afternoon.

📋 Daily Program Structure
Students should receive 60 minutes of math and 60 minutes of athletic enrichment each program day.
Assessment and celebration days might look different, but programming should be consistent on all other days.
The sports supervisor is responsible for supervised transitions and has the option to do soccer, basketball, or other organized, supervised practices during non-soccer season months.

Need copies made? Work with Bob, Joan, or Wanda to have copies made at the Wilbur Cross copy center (downtown copy center is now closed).
