On Site Program Roles

Work directly with students at our program sites. These roles involve daily interaction with K-8 students and hands-on program delivery.

Education Intern

Start your journey with hands-on experience working directly with students in our programs. Perfect for high school students looking to gain valuable skills.

Requirements:

  • High school student
  • Must volunteer for the organization for a minimum of 15-30 hours prior to applying for an internship
  • Minimum 4 hours/week commitment
  • Passion for education

Compensation:

$16.35–$25/hour

Education Coordinator

Coordinate program activities, manage schedules, and support site operations. Work closely with supervisors to ensure program quality.

Requirements:

  • Some college or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior tutoring/coaching experience preferred

Compensation:

$30–$40/hour

Education Supervisor

Lead program sites, manage staff, and ensure educational excellence. Oversee daily operations and student outcomes.

Off Site Organization Roles

Work from our central office on curriculum development, data analysis, strategic planning, and organizational management.

Education Specialist

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 3+ years education experience

Compensation:

$20–$30/hour

Education Manager

Oversee multiple program sites, manage supervisors and coordinators, and drive organizational strategy. Lead our mission at scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Management experience
  • Proven track record in education
