On Site Program Roles
Work directly with students at our program sites. These roles involve daily interaction with K-8 students and hands-on program delivery.

Requirements:
- High school student
- Must volunteer for the organization for a minimum of 15-30 hours prior to applying for an internship
- Minimum 4 hours/week commitment
- Passion for education
Compensation:
$16.35–$25/hour

Coordinate program activities, manage schedules, and support site operations. Work closely with supervisors to ensure program quality.

- Some college or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior tutoring/coaching experience preferred

Work from our central office on curriculum development, data analysis, strategic planning, and organizational management.

- 3+ years education experience

$20–$30/hour
