Lead our math tutoring and infusion programs. Drive curriculum development, train and support tutors, and analyze student performance data.

Sports Director

Oversee all sports programming, including Night Hoops and our Soccer League. Manage coaches, develop curriculum, and ensure a high-quality experience.

What We're Looking For

Advanced degree in Education, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in education or nonprofit sector.
Track record of scaling programs and organizations.
Experience with fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Passion for educational equity and youth development.
