The Role of a Program Coordinator
You are the central hub of our organization, ensuring all moving parts work together to create high-quality, impactful programs.
Program Scheduling
Coordinate schedules for staff, students, and facilities across multiple sites.
Project Management
Oversee special projects, from event planning to curriculum rollouts.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a key communicator between leadership, staff, schools, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program logistics between tutors, parents, and students.
- Support site supervisor in daily student and tutor attendance.
- Assist site supervisor in the management of engagement and effectiveness of both students and tutors.
- Send program end time, half-day, and holiday reminders to tutors and families.
- Facilitate effective communication of student engagement and growth with families.
- Complete end-of-month reports for NHC admin team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
- A results-first mindset while building team and org culture.
- Proven experience in project or program coordination.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office and project management software.
- Experience in education or nonprofits is a plus.
