Lead, inspire, and develop student-athletes. We're looking for passionate coaches to guide our sports programs and instill values of teamwork and perseverance.
The Role of a Coach
More than just teaching the game, our coaches are mentors who connect sports to life and learning.
Skill Development
Teach fundamental and advanced techniques in basketball and soccer.
Mentorship
Build positive relationships and serve as a role model for student-athletes.
Math Infusion
Integrate math concepts into practices to make learning tangible and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging and effective practices.
- Manage team logistics for games and tournaments.
- Communicate with parents and program staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Track student attendance and progress.
Qualifications
- Experience playing or coaching basketball/soccer.
- Passion for working with youth.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
